We have not tested the Hopkins trunk organizer # HM74113 specifically on a 2014 Subaru Forester but it does have a velcro for the base to prevent it from moving around. If you do not have anything in the Hopkins Collapsible Vehicle Trunk Cargo Organizer # HM74113 it is possible for it to slide some. I used to have one of these and I never noticed it moving around even when it was empty. But it is still a possibility since it weighs about 4 pounds total.
